We continue this year 2024 with product updates to support our explosive commercial growth. No later than last week, more than 20 new deals were opened by our sales team, and 4 new mid-market enterprise customers began our onboarding process!
1/ Document management system
Deployment of a system to collect contextual documents linked to transactional documents (deliveries, receipts, quotes, etc.) in order to:
- Facilitate information sharing and collaboration between all stakeholders
- Enable analyses by our AI Copilot
2/ "Preferred" and "KYB-verified" partner companies
You can now designate your partner companies as "preferred" and those that have been the subject of "KYB verification," whether a supplier or customer company. From now on, you can direct purchase requests directly toward these companies with which you may have dedicated procurement contracts.
3/ Advanced tag management system
The new tag management system makes it possible to organize tags by group and import them in batch. Through this tag management system, it is extremely simple for companies of all sizes and sectors to structure their financial and procurement data.
4/ Other improvements
- Improved onboarding for new collaborators: Our vision is to make onboarding on Flowie so simple that it becomes child's play, without the need to read documentation or be supported by the Flowie team. With this in mind, we continuously improve our onboarding.
- More flexible purchase requests: you no longer need to have an initial supplier to make a purchase request; you can start the purchase request process without having identified a supplier beforehand.
- Information continuity between purchase requests and purchase orders: information entered on a purchase request is now transmitted to the corresponding purchase order, thus ensuring continuity.
- Improved OCR experience: we have deployed many improvements concerning OCR to significantly reduce errors and eliminate manual corrections as much as possible.
- Batch budget import: batch budget import enables the simultaneous upload of multiple budget entries.
