Why now

Five years in. The thesis is working. The work is just starting.

We started Flowie in 2021 with a contrarian bet: that the back office was about to get its own software revolution, and that the right architecture for it was agentic. Most people in 2021 thought we were too early. By 2024 nobody did.

Today, 20,000+ organisations run on Flowie. Marquee customers like Eiffage, Stellantis, Accor, Séché, and Groupe RG have made multi-year commitments. Astral — our typed knowledge graph — is the canonical data layer for finance and procurement. The strategy has pulled forward by ~18 months relative to plan.

Now we’re hiring the team that takes us to the next phase. Not just bigger. Better: more domain depth, more product surface, more geographic reach. Customer interviews, weekly.

Every PM, every engineer, every founder talks to customers every week. Not surveys — calls. The roadmap is built from those calls.

Ship in days, not quarters.

Most features land within a sprint of being asked for. The platform is modular by design — change one piece, deploy it, watch the metric move.

Write before you code.

Every meaningful change starts with a written doc — problem, options, recommendation. Async-first culture, distributed across France, EU, US.

Default to honest.

Internal numbers shared weekly. Customer wins AND losses reviewed. Public comparisons concede where competitors win. Trust compounds.

AI is a tool, not a replacement.

Every team member uses agentic AI daily — for code, for content, for analysis. We expect leverage, not headcount avoidance. The 100-person team ships like 1,000.

Paris HQ

Open office in the 9th arrondissement. Most of the team passes through. Anchor for European time zones.

Remote across EU + US

Distributed team across France, Spain, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Sweden, US (NYC + SF). Hire where the talent is.

Async-first

Most communication is written. Meetings are short, prepared, and recorded. Nobody is late to anything because they didn't see a Slack ping.

Engineering

Backend (Scala, Python), Frontend (TypeScript, Vue/React), Infra (GCP, Kubernetes), Data (Astral graph, MCP). Senior+ roles where you ship to production weekly.

We need engineers who've built B2B finance products at scale — and want to do it again with modern tools.

AI / Data

Agent design, knowledge-graph engineering (Astral), prompt + eval pipelines, MCP server development, AI policy / governance.

Production AI is harder than demo AI. We need people who've shipped agents to enterprise customers and have scars to show for it.

Sales & GTM

Account Executives (mid-market + enterprise), Sales Engineers, BDR/SDR, RevOps, customer-facing roles in Paris, London, NYC.

Selling F&P orchestration takes patience and depth. We hire reps who can hold a 60-min CFO conversation without slides.

Customer Success & Implementation

CSMs, Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, Support. Roles where you turn a signed contract into production value in weeks.

Customers chose us for fast deployment. CSMs who can keep that promise — across multi-ERP, multi-entity setups — are gold.

Product, Design & Marketing

PMs (Finance + Procurement), Brand Designer, Product Designer, Content Marketer (EN/FR), Demand Gen. Strong opinions, willing to be wrong.

We're past the point where one PM owns everything. We need product leaders with deep F&P opinions and the patience to ship great UX.

G&A (Finance, People, Legal, Ops)

Internal finance, People Ops, Legal Counsel, Office / EU expansion ops. Roles to scale the org from 100 to 250+.

We use our own product internally. So G&A roles get to dogfood Flowie at the source.

How hiring works

5 steps. ~3 weeks. Always two-way.

Intro call (30 min)

With a peer or hiring manager. Mutual scoping — what you've done, what you want next, what we do, what we need. No HR-speak.

Deep technical / craft round (90-120 min)

Practical exercise tied to the actual work — system design, code review, sales-call role-play, content writing sample, a real product brief. Always paid if it takes more than 2 hours of prep.

Team panel (3 conversations × 45 min)

Three people you'd work with weekly: a peer, a cross-functional partner, and someone outside your function. Two-way. Ask hard questions.

Founder conversation

60 minutes with one of the founders. Strategy, vision, your trajectory. We share where the company is going and how this role fits.

References + offer

We call 3-4 references — including some we source ourselves. If both sides are still excited, we make a clear written offer within 48 hours.
